KanonLabs

Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 June 2026

This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Swedish Citizenship: Civics Test app or contact its support.

Information the app does not require

You do not need an account. The app does not require your name, address, location, or identity documents. KanonLabs does not create an advertising profile, track your location, or sell your personal data.

Data stored on your device

The app stores learning progress, quiz and exam results, recent attempts, language settings, and app preferences locally on your device. This information is not intentionally uploaded to a KanonLabs account or server.

Removing the app, clearing its storage, changing device, or restoring a device may delete local data. KanonLabs cannot recover local progress because it does not keep a cloud copy.

Purchases and entitlement checks

Apple or Google processes your payment. The app uses RevenueCat to check and restore the lifetime entitlement. Depending on your platform and transaction, these services may process store transaction details, app user or device identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, and related technical information.

Apple, Google, and RevenueCat handle that information under their own policies:

Support email

If you email support, KanonLabs receives your email address and the information you include. This information is used to answer and manage your request. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request and related follow-up, or longer where required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or comply with law.

To request deletion of support correspondence, use the contact details listed on the support page. Some records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.

This website

This website does not use advertising, tracking pixels, account cookies, behavioural analytics, or contact forms. The web server or infrastructure providers may temporarily process standard security and access-log information such as IP address, browser details, requested page, and request timestamp.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because most study data stays only on your device, KanonLabs generally cannot access or act on that local data.

Changes and contact

This policy will be reviewed before adding analytics, remote accounts, advertising, push notifications, crash reporting, forms, or other services that change how data is handled. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

For privacy questions and requests, use the contact details listed on the support page.
